David A. Djirikian is a seasoned litigation attorney having spent almost twenty years representing defendants, insurance companies and self-insured entities in defense of bodily injury and property damage claims. David's litigation experience encompassed all types of cases including: automobile negligence, products liability, trucking negligence, premises liability and construction negligence. David has tried over fifteen jury trials to verdict and has arbitrated and mediated over one hundred cases.
David brings his experience and knowledge of the inner workings of the insurance defense industry, including its tactics and approach to assessing, valuing and litigating claims, to his representation of victims injured through no fault of their own and through the negligence of others.
When not busy working for the rights of individuals injured through the negligence of others, David spends time with his wife and enjoys traveling, photography, cycling, reading, movies and walking his dog, Maggie.
